Exact same nose in both pics r120. I have had 2 nose jobs and one revision. I can mostly tell the ones who have and the ones who ain't. Efron never had a nose job, or it would not have that square cartilage at the tip and so much nostril showing.

Nose jobs are the most face transforming procedures of all elective surgeries. The angle/projection, the nose to lip to eye space ratio and of course the balance of appropriate hard to soft tissue, straightness and width alter our whole conception of a persons face to a remarkable degree. This is not opinion, it is both a medical and mathematical fact. There are many subtle nose jobs of course, like Anistons or Matt Damon's but many more completely alter the harmony of the face. The old school ones were irreversible symmetry killers. Not only on women. Think of the gorgeous Peter O'Toole and how he went one nose job too far. Lots of good ones though, most of them in fact. Still nose jobs are the cosmetic procedure that most often requires a second surgery or revision. A lot can go wrong.

I have always had an issue with one small part of my nose. The few people I've mentioned it to have told me I was crazy to risk even a minor surgery for such a minor flaw. (The cartilage sticks out of my nasal bridge at the nostril 0.4 millimeters on my left side, and is only noticed in straight on photos...or by me in the mirror)

I don't remember which one had it, but those identical twins who did the advice columns, Ann Landers and Abby whatshername, are a pretty good before and after.
