I'm the original OP watching a new (to me) episode of P. Allen Smith on my local PBS/Create station. He is simultaneously flirting up a storm with his female guest "Georgia" while bursting into flames with his flamboyant mannerisms. How does he do it?

There was another thread on here about P. Allen, and his whole farm was either written off as a business expense, or heavily subsidized by PBS since he films all his shows there. He also teaches classes and gives tours there. Some guy from Little Rock posted on that thread that it's common knowledge in town that P. Allen likes the peen.
