Yeah, there isn't much gossip I've heard about him which sucks and surprises me. I remember he gave an early interview for "Looking" in which I felt it was heavily implied he had gotten...to know a good number of guys in San Francisco so I thought someone here would be be able to say something.

Totally agree with R1 about the mustache. I didn't realize that this was the same guy who played Carrie's gay shoe-importer friend for one episode of Sex and the City. Of course, that was a decade ago.

He looks really great in this. I liked Looking from he start. Didn't have problems with the "slowness" that some complained about.

Dom is my favorite character. Loved the scene of him putting it to a twink early in the season. Guess now that he is "maturing" and may be settling in with Lynn there won't be much of that this season.

I have a feeling Lynn-Dom might not happen. He wants it to, but for some reason I think something will prevent it.

In that soap clip, it sounded like he had his Aussie accent-- was his character supposed to be an Aussie? Because he speaks American just fine in "Looking." Is his character supposed to be of Portuguese descent (because of the peri-peri chicken)? I know he and his roommate made a reference to having come along way since Modesto, and about his father's restaurant on I-5.

We don't know anything about Dom's background and family other than him and Doris are from Modesto. Knowing about Peri-Peri chicken does not mean you are Portuguese though.

R24 Well, Dom is not a common name among most ethnicities-- I would think Italian, Spanish or Portuguese might be a good guess.

Hello?? Of course I know he's Australian. That's why I said his accent was authentic.

I was the one who asked whether Murray's CHARACTER on the soap was Australian; I know that the ACTOR is. I was curious because, since he obviously can do an American accent, why did they have an Aussie character on an American soap?

Look closely at sideview closeups of Murray, which reveal ugly Neanderthal kind of Aboriginal looks. From head on, he is cute, but sideviews, no. Just sayin'. I know I am being picky and he is overall a good looking dude.

I still like Russell, check his ass out near the end of ep. 8. And Richie (is that his name?) the barber is pretty handsome, esp. w/out the beard.

I also think Scott B. is pretty hot. The rest of the guys are meh.

This show needs some major character development--or better actors. I don't care about any of the characters except Tovey, Richie, and Lynn. Still I am glad someone is doing a gay series.

Reviving this after listening to this interview with Lauren Weedman, where she says Murray told her he was planning on quitting acting.

Has anyone heard anything about him? He doesn't wear his wedding ring anymore either.

Bartlett has a recurring role on the upcoming season of "Nashville" that will now be on CMT. This premieres in January.

The slightly scruffy look (no pornstache) looked good when he was on one episode of White Collar a few years back.
