Did you actually know him well? I still remember the Premier Article on him, I think I read the author got fired. It was the most candid article I ever read on a celebrity, it was an outstanding and not the usual fluff that tells us nothing about the person. It portrayed him as a real person, not as a saint or a devil as those pieces tend to read.

I was obsessed with him. That Premiere article was the original Requiem For A Dream. Just harrowing.
Here he is with Lisa Marie (former gf of Tim Burton) when they were both models.

Very good looking guy. Philly literally bred heroin addicts in the 90's. I have 5 friends who died during that time period.

This is my friend Rodney on heroin.
Rodney.
On heroin.
Rodney.
On heroin.

I had a boyhood crush on Rodney when he played Sodapop Curtis in the short-lived "The Outsiders" tv series. The show also starred a very young Jay R. Ferguson, who now plays Stan Rizzo in "Mad Men."

When I was 16 I jerked off to his Rolling Stone pictorial with Lisa Marie hundreds of times. Early on, he was beyond hot.
I bet he nailed her but good.

I'm not being mean but why isn't his name on the headstone? And, what do you think he looks like now after being dead 16 years? Death fascinates me.

Wow, he was young Peter Gallagher gorgeous.

[quote] Is the Premiere article online anywhere?
Yes. I don't think I've read a more evocative portrait of addiction in young Hollywood.

Let's bump this shit!
I want to hear more seedy stories about the seedy drug adventures of Rodney, Keanu and River or of other stars in the 90's.
Currently watching My Own Private Idaho on the Criterion Channel here in Germany.
