They look fine. I'm somewhat unaware of and/or indifferent to NPH, but in this pic he looks good as does his husband. In fact, I think they look like they're aging well. His husband in particular looks like he's greying nicely which seems to have helped soften that goofy look of his. He almost seems to have gained a distinguished countenance.

From interviews NPH gave after New York State made SSM legal he stated they were waiting for California (the infamous Prop 8 court case) to be settled. Apparently this was due to their family, friends and not to mention property in that state.
