What's the best everyday underwear?

I'm done with Hanes. Wasn't good to begin with and has declined since then. What brand do you recommend for every day use? Not looking for anything too fancy. Nobody will see my shorts or briefs in the office.

Fruit of the Loom. Cute ads.

by Anonymousreply 307/05/2013

Painted on underwear.

by Anonymousreply 407/05/2013

Calvin Klien briefs.

by Anonymousreply 507/05/2013

Kaley, what does Henry wear?

by Anonymousreply 607/05/2013

I cant wear boxer briefs anymore. THey make my balls ache. I have to wear briefs. Low hanger suggestions?

by Anonymousreply 707/05/2013

Polo Ralph Lauren--buy them at an outlet store or TJ Maxx

by Anonymousreply 807/05/2013

I best briefs I have ever worn are found online only these days. Munsingwear Kangaroo pouch. The are constructed to cup your balls in a pouch and it feels great. Google them.

by Anonymousreply 1007/05/2013

I really like Jockey classic briefs ...they are super sexy & comfortable. A FWB of mine comes over & changes into my clothes - all the better to show off his hot body! - and he looks fantastic in my white Jockey briefs.

by Anonymousreply 1107/05/2013

Hanes and Fruit of the Loom wear out easy. I bought a bunch of Jockey brand underwear at one of their outlet stores years ago and they are all still intact with no degradation of structural integrity.

by Anonymousreply 1207/05/2013

Is underwear de rigueur under a caftan?

by Anonymousreply 1307/05/2013

Hefty bags

by Anonymousreply 1407/05/2013

[quote]I really like Jockey classic briefs

What's with the Jockey shorts? I thought stopped wearing them.

by Anonymousreply 1507/05/2013

Your cotton unmentionables last significantly longer if they never see the inside of a tumble dryer.

This has been Reason #6 in support of line drying your laundry.

Second on Calvin Klein briefs. You can always find them on sale. Good quality, good fit.

by Anonymousreply 1807/07/2013

A burberry brief.

by Anonymousreply 1907/07/2013

Anything that can be laundered without resorting to napalm to remove the stink.

by Anonymousreply 2007/07/2013

The GAP boxers.

by Anonymousreply 2107/07/2013

How many of you utilize the pouch fly, rather than pulling your briefs down and flopping your dick over the waste band to pee?

by Anonymousreply 2207/07/2013

Boxers or briefs, as long as they are not like a cheap hotel. They need to have ball room.

by Anonymousreply 2307/07/2013

[quote]Hanes and Fruit of the Loom wear out easy.

I've noticed this too.

I'd like to know of a good but affordable brand of mens underwear.

by Anonymousreply 2407/07/2013

by Anonymousreply 2507/07/2013

For t-shirts, anyway, I've found that the ones they have at Costco (the Kirkland brand) are much better quality (heavier cotton, last longer) than any of the major brands.

by Anonymousreply 2607/07/2013

I buy Champion boxer briefs at Costco. They cost very little and hold up much better than Calvin Klein boxer briefs that cost three times as much. I realize it's not a brand that's going to impress a trick. I can live with that.

by Anonymousreply 2707/07/2013

[all posts by tedious troll removed.]

by Anonymousreply 2807/07/2013

I think you'll find they all have crotches.

by Anonymousreply 2907/07/2013

Ex-officio. You can find them for less at Amazon and possibly elsewhere.

by Anonymousreply 3007/07/2013

2xist briefs with the pouch. very comfortable. Good fit. I've got low hangers so a tight brief can make me queasy.

Oh, and stay away from that Mario Lopez brand. I bought some in Century 21 and they fell apart after three washings.

by Anonymousreply 3107/07/2013

a grocery bag and a shoelace!!!

by Anonymousreply 3207/07/2013

$25 for one fucking pair of underwear!

You people are flat out fucked in the head.

Jeez Louise!

by Anonymousreply 3307/07/2013

Penncrest at JC Penney

by Anonymousreply 3407/07/2013

If I wear any, they'll most likely be AussieBums - especially the ones with WonderJock.

by Anonymousreply 3507/07/2013

Growing up, my mother bought Jockey, Hanes or Penney's house brand for me, my brother and my father.

Flash forward to the present. A friend of mine brought Hanes underwear for her grandson. When she opened the package, she noticed that the briefs lacked an elastic waistband.

She took the briefs back to the store for a refund. The clerk sighed as she issued a refund; it was not the first time that day that she had to issue a refund. The clerk sighed again and said she remembered when most of the clothes that her store sold was American made and usually had the union label sewed in

by Anonymousreply 3607/31/2013

I think Hanes briefs are okay for everyday wear. I think they last as well as most of the others.

Now what I will not buy again, because they don't last, is Penneys briefs.

by Anonymousreply 3707/31/2013

Banana Republic briefs are (or used to be) superb. Quality cotton and fit better than anything else I've tried. I have a few pairs that have lasted several years.

by Anonymousreply 3807/31/2013

I find that Calvin Klein underwear are far superior to any other underwear brand I've ever worn. Well-constructed, supportive, sexy. Nothing else even comes close.

by Anonymousreply 3907/31/2013

If you don't live near one, I'm sure you can order online. I don't swear by everything this store sells, but the boxer briefs are cheap and astoundingly comfortable. They also come in a mind boggling array of designs. I get simple dark gray, light gray, and black. Awesome.

Done the CK thing -- too expensive, not as comfortable as Uniqlo. Christ, I think they're 2 for $9.90 or some shit?

by Anonymousreply 4007/31/2013

Cocksox, as advertised on Sirius' OutQ.

by Anonymousreply 4107/31/2013

I have not worn any underwear at all in at least the past four years.

by Anonymousreply 4207/31/2013

If you don't count Ciaran's comment, it took 42 posts before some queen loudly proclaimed his revolutionary commando stance. Is this a new record for the DL?

by Anonymousreply 4307/31/2013

Unico makes great underwear for package presentation and coverage without looking like a complete sleaze. I have been given lots of 2xist, but they are a bit skimpy for my muscle butt. My bf likes to buy me gitch.

I wear Calvin's briefs for the soft cotton and nice texture, they really are the best. Jock straps for packaging allignment under dress pants and under shorts in the summer, boxers at home as shorts, and boxer briefs most days for the gym under shorts to keep the big piece from hanging out and the whores from falling off the treadmill.

I am Italian. Love myself in underwear and have hundreds of pairs. Cheesy but no one complains.

I only go commando under sweatpants. Decency concerns. I like it like that.

by Anonymousreply 4407/31/2013

I call 2(x)ist y-back thongs my "party pants".

by Anonymousreply 4508/03/2013

Underdaks from Australia for the best comfort.

by Anonymousreply 4608/03/2013

Hanro of Switzerland

by Anonymousreply 4708/03/2013

Yall are so stereotypical, unless you are joking. Just wow.

by Anonymousreply 4808/03/2013

What is stereotypical about liking your body and how your underwear feels and looks? Don't you enjoy yourself r48?

Everyone has a different idea of sexy, but most men like women in underwear,(lingerie) and most gay men find others pleasing in something or other. Sexy does have a bit to do with what lies beneath... All fun, no rules. I would give up all underwear for world peace.

Are you someone who says, "Nobody sees it, why would I care?" Or do you only approve of loincloth? Whatever you like is fine son.

Say it, don't just call names.

by Anonymousreply 4908/03/2013

When Eric von Stroheim was directing Foolish Wives in '21 or '22, he ordered monogrammed silk underwear for his cast who played aristocrats.

When a studio executive questioned his extravagent spending on something the audience would never see, von Stroheim said the underwear was necessary so his actors would "feel more like aristocrats."

Don't wear cheap underwear. It shows.

by Anonymousreply 5909/07/2013

Fruit of the Loom, medium, the packages you buy on sale. They rock! Tighty whities.

by Anonymousreply 6009/07/2013

I love it. Very funny. Where do you live, what gym do you work out at? I wanna see that big piece.

by Anonymousreply 6209/08/2013

Gildan briefs. Wal-Mart (tough shit!) 5-pack 10$,1each of black, white, charcoal, navy & pearl grey, (has this soft fleecy feel inside the waistband )good cotton too.

Under Armour

by Anonymousreply 6810/12/2014

Cotton underwear is out

by Anonymousreply 6911/30/2014

Ditto r68. Under Armor boxer briefs. They tend to run small IMO, so you might want to size up.

by Anonymousreply 7011/30/2014

What's in, r69?

Sack cloth?

Flour sacks?

by Anonymousreply 7111/30/2014

Yeah, Under Armour is perfect for travel. Easy to wash in sink and dry quickly.

by Anonymousreply 7211/30/2014

Anyone know where to buy this Diesel underwear?

by Anonymousreply 7309/09/2015

Yep, and UA looks so hot and athletic.

by Anonymousreply 7409/09/2015

by Anonymousreply 7511/13/2015

I always look for the Union label...

by Anonymousreply 7611/13/2015

Under Armour. The elastic lasts ten years v. 1 year for most name brands.

by Anonymousreply 7711/13/2015

What is up with you kaweens keeping your underwear for years on end? Underwear is like a toothbrush, buy new every 6 months.

by Anonymousreply 7811/13/2015

Only Under Armour bro

by Anonymousreply 7911/13/2015

never happened

by Anonymousreply 8011/13/2015

I gave up men's undies. I get my silk panties from from a plush ladies' garments shop on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.

by Anonymousreply 8111/13/2015

32 degrees cool

by Anonymousreply 8212/01/2015

2(x)ist made the best twelve years ago and now they're shit.

Gap used to be good- now their trunks feature one leghole smaller than the other and a saggy waist - makes me feel like a trailerpark manwhore.

Armani features an uncomfortable waist, but excellent ball cuppage and wide enough legs.

I'm stuck with FOTL- tossing them every six months as the leg holes unravel.

by Anonymousreply 8312/01/2015

If you have a fit athletic body, you should not wear cotton underwear. You should wear a fabric that is form-fitting and complimenting. Microfiber is my favorite now. CK makes some great Microfiber boxer briefs that look like a million books and feel so nice and comfortable. They really give you swag when you look in the mirror and other people see you in your drawers.

by Anonymousreply 8405/01/2016

Another vote for Hanro of Switzerland. So comfy. It's that or commando for me.

by Anonymousreply 8505/01/2016

None of you wear boxers?

by Anonymousreply 8605/01/2016

CK Microfiber

by Anonymousreply 8705/01/2016
