All Pacheco's accusations were out there at that point and they were relatively minor and comments in articles covering them were nearly all in Renner's favor, who was being given credit for his dignified responses. I just meant the fact that Pacheco was coming out with streams of accusations and any response from Renner was very mild. The comments linked to articles about this generally identified her as a nasty gold digger and even some articles pointed out he was the one showing restraint. I have no access to anything beyond the published articles, but I gathered that it came from depositions/court documents because that is where tmz said they got their info and they were the ones leading on this . I know there was one blind site that did a humorous piece suggesting that Winters was bad mouthing pacheco all over town, but really that site is clueless, they clearly make up almost everything they say about Renner and I don't think there is any evidence to suggest they have anything more than TMZ..

Winters' comments were harmful to Renner, although possibly essential in the custody battle, particularly if he had evidence to support his accusations. It is certainly true that Pacheco completely caved shortly after, so I think the evidence must have been there. Renner's comments about his relationship with Winters also seem to give a lot of stuff away that I am sure he would have wanted to keep private, so I think he was answering questions to support Winter's as a witness. Without making the details and evidence public Renner and Winters look bad and there would have been nothing gained by talking to the press about the accusations, so I am sure that was put out there against their, or at least Renner's wishes. I think everything you say about Pacheco is reasonable, you sound like you have more sources than me, but nothing contradicts what I have seen. However, I think you are stretching on Oldehoff and Cediel. They obviously wanted to talk about Renner on social media and he stopped them.
