The door closes again, we hear some talking, we see them (barely) on the bed with twinkie tied up, we hear what sounds like spanking, we see what appears to be a lit cigarette - and then after a while, it all the connection breaks.

While something COULD have happened, the fact that twinkie let him back in the room suggests he knew he was coming back and for what. Why he stopped going after his goal - who knows.

While a bit sketchy, it isn't quite as ominous as it's being made out to be. Although any way you look at it, it isn't safe on any level.
