I was at the rehearsals for the Grammy's in 2010 when she sang with Stevie Nicks and she sang live and it sounded like a cat was being skinned alive.....I felt bad for Stevie Nicks as she most likely was not prepared to sing live with someone who couldn't carry a tune or harmonize....but since that performance, all of her award show appearances that I have seen on TV have been pretty close to perfect so there must be some technology enhancing the vocals.....or she has gone to the best vocal coach in the biz!!!! Taylor and her family moved from Pennsylvania to Tennessee for her career. They settled Hendersonville, which is where I was raised.

Taylor's father bought her career in Nashville (which is only 15 miles or so from Hendersonville). Taylor initiated things somewhat, but it was her father who bought it all for her. I mean, they relocated to Hendersonville for God's sake, just for Taylor.

Taylor primarily (not exclusively) did a fundie homeschooling program which is similar to unschooling in that you are heavily put on the honor system and are given hints as to what the Lord might like you to learn. There is no doubt in my mind that she writes her lyrics because of that.

I have nothing more to share, except what has been posted. There have been people claiming to be insiders posting here and on LSA saying she's gay*, and I believe it because I get that vibe from her.

The rumours of her being gay aren't new either, and they aren't anything to do with Karlie really (although the L Chat people would like them to be), IIRC they originally stem from her interactions with one of her backing group years ago.
