My Dad was a handsome man. More importantly...he had a kind heart, was intelligent, was interesting, and was interested in you.

My father was a former model who spent a portion of the 80s looking uncomfortably looking like George Michael. He was considered quite 'hot' and embarrassed me especially as he thought I was so unattractive in comparison (in retrospect, he was alkind of a dick).

My dad aged ok enough (he was 42 when I was born), and when he was young really was a looker. I got his facial structure and my mom's hair (thick and wavy). I had a good run of general attractiveness from about 35-54 thanks to that face.

People always commented on how attractive he was. He was also charming and kind. I’m sure that helped.
