Top only. Do I need prep?
Long, and at his point, sexless marriage (20+ years). Want to spill my load in some paid for hot ass. If I am a top only, given that nearly all escorts are on prep, do I need to be? Seems like such a hassle for the two or three times a year I travel for business these days where I might be able to get some high quality ass (don’t shit where I eat). Theoretically monogamous, but if we haven’t had sex in 10+ years does it matter?
Can I skip the doctor’s visit and just flood their guts?
Please advise.

It's cheap and pretty easy to get. Why not just take it and give yourself peace of mind?

Married to another guy? Or a woman?

EEEK! CE is bahhhck after getting burned. BADLY...
I'm trying to think of the other pro-Putin4Life troll who's been heavily active recently. Not CE, but an American who suggests sexual predation is OK.

What does that thread have to do with this one, r3?

Agree with R1. Easy to get and taking it on demand isn’t onerous.

OP, I suggest you forego PrEP and just go for full bottom surgery instead.

I mean AIDS really isn’t a thing anymore. Look at Magic Johnson. You should just go out and fuck silly. Anything you catch can be taken care of with a pill or a few shots of bleach.

People lie about being on PreP to get sex. The only way to be certain is to take it yourself.

I'm top only and I take daily PreP. I'd rather have the peace of mind.
And yes, before all the pearl clutchers jump in, I'm well aware it does not protect you against other STIs. I have a full sexual health screening every 3 months to qualify for getting my next supply of NHS PreP.

R10, how do you qualify for PreP on the NHS?

R11,
This is from my local sexual health service in Scotland.

One microscopic tear on your cock could fuck things up for you, OP. Take the Prep.

R11 - I asked my GP and he said they don't provide it. There's a sexual health clinic in the same health centre so I went there. They did an initial assessment and tests and then I have to repeat the screening every 3 months.

Did OP post then disappear?
