Just buy one meant for women, you'll have a wider variety of tints closer to your skin available to you, The whole "for men" cosmetic segment is a marketing scam targeted at consumers who don't know any better. Skin is skin, if (sometimes) a bit thicker in men.

Alternatively, you could buy a more subtle universal tint that adjusts to your skin tone, like the one I'm using and it makes my skin look flawless. I only use it on the rare occasions when my face looks really shit and it's important for me to look good. And yes, it absolutely can hide your rosacea, although you might need a stronger tint for that. Experiment away.

OP my dermatologist recommended CeraVe SPF 30 tinted sunscreen. I use Trentonin so sunscreen is required daily. It's mineral based and the color is very subtle, not like makeup. Highly recommend.
