My brother-in-law has been a cop here in Mass. for like 20 years.

Many women should NOT be cops.

A lot of them get in via quotas, because they need to hire a certain amount of women.

They don't even have to pass the same, arduous physical test as men; it's modified for them.

If they only picked the best of the best, PDs would be like 99% men.

Firehouses would be 100% men, because it's an even more physically demanding job.

Thankfully, not too many women are drawn to being firefighters.
