I'm in my thirties, but after having witnessed several friends/relatives in the past decade go through various illnesses, from dementia to cancer, some even dying as young as fortysomething, I no longer care if I lose my hair/teeth or gain a spare tire or get wrinkled as I age. I just want to be of sound body and mind to the very end, which I hope isn't for a very long time.

Both are available. R25 (or at least were). I've always had the regular chocolate at home.
