So I'm sitting here watching one of the "new" versions of "Flip This House" (try googling Armando Montelongo for fun...) and I decided to see whatever happened to the originator of the show, Richard Davis of Trademark Properties.
Turns out that he and Ginger (she of the spike heels on constructions sites) got married

Richard always reminded me of John Edwards--a little pretty, with the hair and accent and all.
I still LOVE Armondo, though! I just saw him on an infomercial last night, so he's still out there pitching.
