Nighthag is WAY better.

I just finished watching this. I really liked it and Amy Adam's was great. The actor that played her husband was wonderful, too. Amy Adam's really let herself go as her character. She was completely believable and I totally related to her. I love the title, too. I've felt like a night bitch myself at times.

Just watched. I know this is based on a novel and it feels like it is. I bet the book is great, but the movie was very meh for me.

First, the turning into a dog premise just fell flat for me. They didn't utilize it enough for me.

And baybe it's just me, but I have a hard time feeling sorry for someone who chose to bring a child into the world (and her character very much chose motherhood and chose to be a stay at home mom) and then acts like the sky is falling because they have to be - you guessed it - a mother.

I honestly just think I was not the target audience.

The preview just looked like typical, modern day Fraulit turned into a movie.

I couldn’t relate.

The reviews all said the same thing from the festivals

Amy was great to excellent

And the film did not go far enough-- It was -blah-.

She started out in the Top 5 of every Oscar list and the once it played at festivals and word. of mouth got out, she fell off of every list.

This shit cracks me up- all of the critics on Goldderby had Amy getting the Oscar nomination- for 6 months!!!! All the way through to early December.

The film sucked so bad that she instantly disappeared- Its sad AF.

This movie script needed several more edits and to figure out a genre. Show, don't tell.

Her feelings at the end completely invalidate her feelings at the start. Everything ends up perfect?

Awful movie, made so much more so by the promise of the trailer pretending it was going to actually be body horror.

R10- every critic review said the film was too restrained.

What a waste of months of work.

This is the type of film that should be balls to the wall.

It had its moments. I was grossed out when she pulled a soggy dog tail out of her burst butt boil

*SPOILER* at the end they show her running with the dogs in her human form, so did she not actually turn into a dog and that was all in her head?
