Maybe the gun industry and republicans can help out. Is this in Texas or Florida?

Texas.

As they should, sue them for every penny.

Doesn’t it just end up coming from the taxpayers?

I think the gun industry is exempt from lawsuits?....and good luck with repubs, especially in Texas.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | December 2, 2022 9:02 PM |
Sue the manufacturer of the gun, too.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | December 2, 2022 9:03 PM |
How can anyone be exempt from lawsuits?

They are all worthless cowards. Next time I hear someone utter the bullshit motto, The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun, they get a big punch in the face.

I think that the police force is extremely lucky that they're not suing for the opportunity to watch the police force be run through a wood chipper. feet first.

Just right.

I don't think the lives of future Walmart cashiers and Amazon workers worth that much, though. Please, don't overplay your hand.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | December 2, 2022 10:37 PM |
I'm suing for... 27 quatrillion!
by Anonymous | reply 16 | December 2, 2022 10:38 PM |
A federal immunity law against civil lawsuits has been given to the gun industry back in 2005. Depending on the state, there still could be pushback and civil suits. Of course, we're talking about Texas here....gun central. They're all about the NRA. I'll try to post a link (not good at this). You can google it, too.
