Are they caused by fat? Why do some eldergays have great chests, while others have grandma boobs ?

Testosterone decreases, and estrogen increases with age. Cortisol also plays a role.
Fatty chest is often confused with gyno. Gyno are puffy/swollen nipples. I think gyno can lead to fatty chest f you recover from gyno without surgery due to estrogen and fat accumulation in this area. This was me.
