He didn't do that. Musk said he would delete accounts coordinating violent attacks and inciting violence. Musk asked for examples of those accounts and that behavior on Twitter. Ngo showed Musk accounts that did exactly that. Antifa has been using Twitter to coordinate violent actions and attacks on people and places for years. Twitter is one of their venues for organizing.
