Don't hate either. There are many out there who are far worse than either Ellen or Rosie.

I don't have any ill feelings toward either one. I can only think of the shit they've had to put up with from higher ups in their industry. They have three strikes against them with heterosexual men in high places. They're lesbians, they won't sit back and let me treat them like second class citizens (aka they're willing to get loud and nasty when the occasion requires it), and neither one of them is attractive in a feminine way. If I had to earn my living in that environment knowing how many people I worked with disliked me I'd probably be just as rough and tough as they've had to be.
