I get those too. Sometimes called "orgasm headache" or "sex headache" -there are tons of pages about it on the Internet. It tends to come and go (no pun intended), usually decreasing in severity over months before going away completely for months or even years. Both men and women can get them, and they don't necessarily mean anything is wrong with you. You need to see your doctor, though, if the pain persists or if you have any numbness or vomiting.

My doctor put me on propranolol -a daily medication that is supposed to prevent migraines.

I had the same thing from sex & J/O. Told my Dr & he said to drink more water, its associated with dehydration... Drink your water!!!!

I get basically an ice cream headache and go a little bit deaf for a few minutes. I just assume it's a contracting blood vessels thing.
