I hope Nicole and Daniel are booted pre-jury, so that Julie's exit interview can be about just how wrong they got... everything. They were both complete jerks in last night's episode, which I imagine was just a sampling of their behavior over the past week.

And I say that as someone who initially liked both of them. Not anymore!

It was pure coincidence. She didn’t say they were The Leftovers. She said “just those left over,” meaning a “weird” motley group was hanging out on the hammock.

Turner's speech was pointed without pointing fingers, and he made a fan out of me. I hope Nicole and Ameerah and Daniel get some kind of karmic justice out of the house for being assholes. Poor Taylor- I have no idea if she's even a good player (but I think she's a good person) because she's been fighting off the bullies since jump.

Their target is Nicole or Daniel and plan B being Alyssa depending on how the veto goes.

Kyle is pushing hard to get rid of Alyssa because he doesn’t want to deal with her in jury. While BB talked about the show mance, it’s not really a thing. Also since Kyle is partnered with Daniel, he doesn’t want to go up as a pawn to backdoor Daniel. Of course it’s ok for literally anyone else to take one for the team and go up except for Kyle - in his eyes.

In order for Taylor and Nicole to be backdoored, Taylor has to agree to it. Monte and Joseph have reassured her she’s a part of the alliance vs being told what to do. Personally I believe them. She’s leaning towards doing it, but has to think through it. Essentially she wants Nicole out both from a game and personal reason, but it means she’d have to go up. She also wants Daniel to go home, but seems to lean towards Nicole this week so she isn’t tied to her anymore. Then she’d hop on Alyssa and Indy’s team for protection. So the plan is either Nicole or Daniel depending on how Taylor is feeling, but they’re fine with Alyssa going instead.

Turner’s been throwing up, probably because of the slop. And maybe also because he got a good look at Jasmine’s gangrene infected foot.

I thought Nicole was over the top fake in her final moments. The friendly chatting and hand holding with Taylor while they were waiting, saying she had been "humbled," her smiling and expressions of gratitude when Julie was trying to get her to admit that she fucked up. And that she blamed Monte for sending her home when it was really Daniel's stupidity that got her out the door.

I hope when they bring her back for the finale and she has had some time to watch what she did (and read the comments made about her and Daniel online) she may be a little more contrite.

The hypocritical “racism is unacceptable unless it’s a white person and then it’s totally justified” argument is crumbling and it couldn’t happen soon enough.

This is going to sound like I am defending Nicole but I didn't care for her the minute she walked in the door.

I think Nicole knows she can't tell when people are lying but Nicole knows that if you exude extreme confidence most people will believe you and whatever you say. Cops are trained to take control of a situation and that is what Nicole tried to do when she finally realized she was in trouble. That is one of Trump's tricks, no one exudes confidence more than Trump. By telling other house members she was a cop who was trained to know when people are lying some people, Jasmine in particular, believed her, and were immediately willing to believe anything she said, to a point. I think we can all agree that this week has been a lot to process for fans, and there are many differing opinions regarding who is responsible for this game blowing up the way it has. I do think Taylor made major missteps throughout the week, with the biggest one being the “use Turner as a pawn” idea and her constant shift in targets, but I don’t think other players are getting the heat they deserve for how they handled this week. A lot of Taylor’s back and forth could have been avoided if the alliance were just honest with each other.

Taylor switched the target off of Terrance because the alliance TOLD HER they didn’t want to target Terrance. Taylor switched the target again to Alyssa because most of the alliance said they WANTED to target her (under the guise that she now has a "perfect excuse" to target her after the veto competition). And now she’s switching the target back to Indy because she doesn’t have a choice with Kyle being the veto winner. While the nature of her approach is disliked by some fans, there's no doubting that she has been trying to operate with the Leftovers in mind.

Michael & Brittany talked to Taylor on Saturday night about how ALYSSA was a better target for the Leftovers over Indy (Joseph/Monte/Turner all in the room). After that, Brittany had a 1 on 1 with Taylor, convincing her why the target needed to be Alyssa instead of Indy. Michael & Brittany only backtracked yesterday when they realized Kyle wasn’t down for the backdoor Alyssa plan. Now, Michael and Brittany have turned this week into a scenario where they’re “playing both sides” by throwing their allies under the bus. It’s a dangerous game and I wouldn’t be shocked if they got caught soon (they should have been caught last night - but we don’t have confirmation on if people have picked up on it). While playing multiple angles is a reasonable strategy in Big Brother, the way they approached it has been questionable. Kyle played poorly this week by making his veto decision clear before talking to the alliance about it. He talked to people individually, and many told him what he wanted to hear, but because Kyle missed key alliance meetings he failed to see how the Alyssa plan became an option in the first place. I can understand his insistence on protecting Alyssa this week, but he approached the whole thing in a backwards order and jumped to conclusions that are going to hurt his relationships within the alliance. Because Kyle told Jasmine/Terrance/Indy that he “probably wasn’t going to use the veto” BEFORE ever clearing it with the alliance, a situation has been created where Taylor/Monte/Joseph are now questioning his loyalty. Then obviously the Joseph insisting on playing both sides thing was a mess, trying to make himself a pawn was a mess, and him adding fuel to Taylor’s fire was a mess. He eventually came around to the right idea of trying to target Alyssa this week, it just took him too long to get there. I could type a whole novel about Joseph's approach to this week, but I think much of it just boils down to his personality.

Michael and Brittany played this week poorly by trying to play “both sides” and failing to voice a consistent opinion to the alliance. Kyle played this week poorly by acting and getting paranoid BEFORE communicating with everyone in the alliance. Taylor played this week poorly by letting so many people get in her ear and vocalizing all of her thoughts without a filter. Joseph played poorly by changing his ideas a million times before settling on the right idea too late.

Turner and Monte are the only two who have approached this week properly, granted there have been small slips here and there from everyone. Ultimately, I feel like I will side with Taylor/Monte/Joseph when this divide becomes more clear in the next week or so. I just think it’s important to acknowledge everyone’s wrongdoings this week instead of placing the blame on a single person.

INSIDE:

-Not much happened all day, although there are hints it might get more interesting.

-Noms are Jasmine & Monte. Michael is HoH.

-Brit won the veto, the comp was Stay or Fold and was hosted by Tiffany BB23.

-There was discussion between Michael and Brit about Michael possibly exposing Kyles Cookout 2 theory to Monte and Taylor. This is never brought up for the rest of the day, in fact its brought up in the early morning before they sleep and after veto.

-Around midday, Taylor and Monte are talking.

-Generally, there is a lot of speculation that if Alyssa doesn’t go, Kyle has to go. They speculate but the possibility that Turner AND Joseph are initial noms is brought up exactly one time by Monte.

-Generally, everyone is playing it as “the four who remain need to stick together”, although nearly everyone has an interest in working with people on the other side and its sort of feigned interest so long as the outcome of next week is convenient for them (see: Michael, Brit, Monte).

-Throughout the day they express concern over making sure that they all have the same game plan and that they tell the other side the same story when they merge back together. They all express a desire to be ready to fact check what happened on the other side.

-Michael-Brit-Taylor-Monte have toyed with having a Final 4 and want to solidify it.

-Monte tells Taylor that they should actually consider taking Michael out at Final 5 instead.

-Privately, Monte has expressed interest in taking out Michael at Final 7 to the Pound.

-Nothing Jasmine could say would actively save herself, so I omitted everything Jasmine said for simplicity.

-Brit talks to cams and talks a lot about meditation and hypnosis. She says she sees her and Michael sitting at the end, and herself winning against Michael.

-A few hours later, Taylor snitches on Monte wanting to target Michael at Final 5 to Brit instead of sticking to the proposed Final 4. It takes less than 2 hours for her to snitch.

-Brit denies that she would take Michael to Final 2 when Taylor asks her about it.

-At this point, the following is speculation, but: if Michael and Britanny really wanted to take out Monte at this point, they could do it. They could keep noms the same, which is exactly what they have told Monte and Jasmine they plan on doing. Then, even if Taylor voted to evict Monte, they could have Brit vote Monte and have Michael break the tie to send Monte packing. Knowing Michael and Brit, they would rather Michael not break the tie at all, and they would probably pitch to Taylor that Monte needs to go. Who know though.

-We never saw Michael and Brit actually have a conversation … more on that later. For all we know Brit never spilled this to Michael but knowing Brit … this is unlikely.

OUTSIDE:

-Feeds are outside most of the day, because indoors is boring for the most part.

-Remember Terrance is HoH, Turner and Joseph initial noms

-A lot happened in the sense that there is groundwork being built for next week, especially by Kyle & Terrance.

-A general problem with the backyard: everyone is restless. The backyard is a mess, it’s hard to have a private conversation. They all babysit and watch each other to prevent one-one ones.

-The backyard looks like a tornado ripped through or the Hunger Games happened.

-Note that any emotion people have – especially Alyssa whenever Kyle talks game with her or Joseph is muted because they know the others are watching them. There is no footage of Alyssa being upset at Kyle over the stuff he’s been pulling or keeping her in the dark. He is protecting her for the third time this week

– so this is pretty understandable on her end.

-Kyle and Alyssa have a conversation about Kyle wearing jorts, naturally, this is what they cut to when they want to start veto. Riveting and important stuff. (Kyle does seem to be a jorts person)

-The outside played veto. Terrance won.

-The veto was allegedly similar to Peelathon from BB22 All Stars 2, where players rode the banana 20 times with 90 seconds to stack as many puzzle pieces as possible, and then go back on the banana with the ability to lock in their score before time runs out. We think this because Terrance talked about stacking “20 pieces”. I don’t believe it was ever mentioned if they had a host.

-When feeds come back, Joseph appears extremely restless, depressed, sad, and tired. They’re not giving him enough caffeine, Joseph is used to drinking 5 cups of coffee total a day (I think) and preworkout. At some points he appears to stress bench press and he appears on the verge of tears 2-3 times. There’s like a period of 15-20 minutes he walks around the backyard incredibly restless mumbling/mouthing stuff to himself. He goes into a porta potty and isn’t seen for awhile, they cut between outside and inside after he stops being as restless and is off camera.

-Joseph says he got his “ass clapped” in the veto, Kyle says he is “exhausted”.

-Joseph tells Turner to trust Kyle. … yeah …

-At some point before veto, Kyle tells Alyssa that the reason he wanted distance from her was the day he went to bat for her over the veto and (the day the the pool table confrontation happened.) She doesn’t seem bothered by Kyle being distant at all now.

-Kyle tells Alyssa that if she ever has a question about what happened in the game so far to ask him.

-Kyle basically tells Alyssa that he thinks about the game and her constantly, and Alyssa says she notices him spacing out.

-After the veto, Turner talks to both Kyle and Alyssa about the votes. He says he would trust Kyle and Alyssa with his actual life and that they’re the only people he’ll talk to after the show. He says he’s cool with the veto not being used, he trusts them to save him.

-Kyle talks to Turner and starts questioning why Michael made the picks he did, and says Jasmine will be gone. This kind of gets to Turner, as he actually has a reason to be salty to Michael given that Terrance threw him on the block.

-Kyle talks to Alyssa and says he believes that Jasmine is going home on the other side for sure. He says that Michael is a “freaking wuss” for not taking the shot at Monte. He says that Jasmine and Joseph will be evicted and that Michael’s narrative will be “wtf, why is Joseph gone?” Kyle accurately clocked exactly what Michael plans to do.

-Throughout the day, Kyle tells everybody but Joseph that Michael needs to go home next week. Presumably, Terrance and Michael won’t be able to play in HoH, so Michael’s only hope is veto if Kyle, Alyssa, and (possibly) Turner, Jasmine (if she stays) win HoH. Brit probably plans to throw it, so they can play the “middle” and literally only Taylor and Monte would gun for it would be gunning for it from the “other” side so it would be like 2v4 if Brit throws it.

-Joseph eventually pitches to Kyle and Turner for Terrance to use the veto and for Alyssa to go on the block for spilling Old School and that they’ll go back in the house four strong with Alyssa gone. Kyle pretends to agree. Up until this point, Terrance has straight up told Joseph he’s not putting Alyssa on the block.

-Joseph tells Kyle that Terrance says Kyle is the target, and Kyle says Terrance is telling Kyle that Joseph is the target. Kyle says if the veto is used, he’s fucked, to which Joseph responds that maybe they could get him to put Alyssa up.

-Throughout the day Kyle is obviously avoiding Joseph when he can, feigning interest in conversations with him. At some points, its obvious Kyle is trying to get away from talking to Joseph.

-Kyle tells Joseph he wanted to cry when Terrance won the veto.

-Later Kyle and Joseph talk while playing Chinese Checkers. Joseph is pitching the Pound and Leftovers strong, and to take out Alyssa this week. He says Kyle is screwed if he walks in without Turner or Joseph. He says the other 4 Leftovers are bonding over evicting Jasmine. Kyle had a conversation yesterday with Alyssa that he already knows this and that he’s totally at peace with being voted out, and basically says he’s playing without fear of going home because he has nothing to lose anymore.

-After this conversation, Kyle laughs after he walks away and lies down. Seriously. For the next like 20 minutes Kyle is almost giddy, but he’s offscreen and could be with Alyssa. Kyle initially is laughing because he doesn’t take voting out Alyssa seriously at all.

-Terrance starts having one on ones post-veto.

-Kyle and DJ Showtime (Terrance) start first. Kyle and Terrance are talking game and scheming like they’ve been in a Final 2 since Day 1, its clear they trust each other completely at this point.

-Kyle says that the four that stay need to be united, and that Michael is targeting Jasmine this week.

-Kyle says that he’ll let Joseph keep running his mouth and that he’ll feign agreement so Joseph buries himself in his own grave. Kyle says he knows Joseph’s only shot is reuniting with Monte and Taylor, Terrance agrees. More Monte/Joseph are running the show talk.

-Kyle spills everything Joseph told him about trying to rat out Alyssa for Old School to get Terrance to target her. He also says he’ll pitch either Kyle or Alyssa on the block.

-Terrance asks Kyle what is Turner’s thought process going back in the house? Terrance thinks Jasmine is going which is worst-case scenario for them. What’s the plan? Kyle says Michael doesn’t want to risk his game. If Jasmine leaves, Kyle says Monte/Michael are targets on the block next week. If Michael doesn’t win veto or get it used on him, they take Michael out. If Michael is taken off the block, they send Monte home.

-Kyle responds that he talked with Turner and Alyssa that they’re going into the house with an alliance that will have an entire week to strategize so the four that remain need to be strong together.

-Kyle says Terrance winning HoH & veto was great for them, because Kyle can play double agent.

-Terrance says he wants the momentum they can have to continue. Kyle agrees.

-Kyle says he’s not afraid of Taylor and Brittany, and that Joseph has no idea what to do without Monte. Kyle then says the 7 person alliance is called the Leftovers.

-Terrance says it would be best if Kyle says to them “Idk what happened to Terrance or wtf he was doing” this week. Kyle agrees. Terrance wants them locked in.

-Kyle tells Terrance that if he has any question about the Leftovers, Kyle will answer it.

-Terrance basically says that’s water under the bridge at this point. Terrance fesses up to Old School and says he was on the bottom and never consulted about it. He says he was in Old School because he was in the room. Says he’s glad he was never involved given how a bunch of them got evicted. Kyle compares it to Po’s Pack.

-Brief anti-Ameerah talk. She was smart, good at the game, comp threat, etc.

-Kyle and Turner strategize on how to work on Turner given that he has no idea what Terrance and Kyle are planning to do right now.

-They talk about trying to get Turner to admit to the Leftovers to Terrance so they have dirt on Turner and Kyle and Terrance can cover their tracks.

-Terrance wants Turner to stop lying so they can all cover their tracks and work together.

-Kyle proposes having himself get Turner to confess to Terrance about the Leftovers. Effectively, Kyle and Turner would come clean to Terrance together, and the entire purpose would be to keep Turner in the dark about Kyle’s snitching while reeling him in, while also getting dirt and blackmail on Turner for snitching. Kyle would reason with Turner that they need to stay four strong. Either way, Kyle’s ass is covered because he saved Terrance. Kyle appears to be trying to get Turner to give Kyle blackmail on himself without Turner even realizing it. Kyle says he’going to get in Turner’s head and that Turner thinks that this game will be the boys strong to the end, and Terrance responds that Turner is going to “have to think differently now”. Kyle doesn’t express it in those terms, put he’s clearly trying to cover his own ass in case Turner puts 2 and 2 together and tries to snitch when the house merges together again.

-Kyle says that Joseph is going to say that Joseph will spill to Terrance about the Five Swatters and Old School and blame Alyssa, throw her under the bus. Joseph is right, but Kyle has also told Terrance Ameerah was the rat. Kyle says no, actually Ameerah told Joseph about Old School. This all kind of flies over Terrance’s head, Kyle’s only lie so far talking to Terrance has been covering for Alyssa being a snitch.

-Kyle tells Terrance to tell Joseph that if Joseph asks what Kyle and Terrance talks about, that they talked about Alyssa being a snitch

-Kyle says he has to be really careful with Turner and that playing it smart with Turner is incredibly important.

-Kyle says to bring up the Ameerah vote count with Turner, how that vote was suspicious, and how Turner clearly had backing as HoH. Remember, something – Terrance was on the block with Ameerah so this makes total sense for Terrance to be suspicious.

-Kyle does not mention (or know?) that Daniel told and named every members of the Leftovers to Terrance, although he might suspect it because Alyssa questioned him about it.

-Alyssa and Terrance second talk one-one one.

-First thing Terrance says to Alyssa is that he’s not using the veto.

-Kyle is pretending to be Pound-Leftovers strong when talking to Joseph and Turner.

-Feeds cut … there was a wall yeller. A wall yeller is a person who yells over the wall into the BB house and spills information about the contestants and interferes with the game. They allegedly said three times on a megaphone that “Kyle is a liar, save Joseph”. During BB22 All Stars, a wall yeller said that “Nicole and Cody are playing everyone” and feeds were down for a whole day. Feeds seem to go down as punishment and retaliation for wall yelling. -Now we have no idea if Brittany and Michael talked at all about taking Monte out and possibly trying to convince Taylor to vote out Monte (this does seem unlikely though to be clear, out of anything else in this post, this is most unlikely)

-We have no idea if Kyle is already trying to get in Turner’s head.

-We never saw Turner and Terrance one-on-one.

-We never saw Joseph and Terrance one-on-one.

-We never saw Kyle talk even more game with Alyssa

-Congratulations wall yeller, you gave everyone collective punishment and put us all on time out. Note that I omitted most future strategic and non-summarizing/ speculative discussion because this was a summary: for example Terrance could rat on Kyle possibly next week or slip up, or Turner could be wiser than he lets on (seems unlikely, Turner suspects Joseph is the snitch, actually). Or even further, Kyle may have a fake conversation with Turner and Alyssa where he “re-reveals” the Leftovers to her, given he had a fake conversation with Turner. Kyle remembered to cover his tracks with Alyssa being the snitch, but this would expose him if Turner realizes that the entire Terrance-Turner-Kyle conversation was also fake.
