Did they tear it out with talons of steel
And give you a shot, so that you wouldn't feel?
And washed it away as if it wasn't real?
It's just a mistake I won't have to face
Don't give it a name, don't give it a place
Don't give it a chance, it's lucky in a way

Brick of course, so melancholy yet beautifully rendered for a song about abortion.

DL standard Never Been to Me! Picture it, Pennsylvania suburb, kids gathering in the cool basement, listening to Casey Kasem, deconstructing the song as early teens and being fascinated that the line “been to crying for unborn babies that might have made me complete” was about abortion, and most shocking not an abortion, but multiple abortions. There is nothing “subtle” about that.

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
