Greg's Grape Jello With or Without Prunes--a delicious recipe for all of you!

Because nothing is more thrilling than my recipes I love to bestow upon you, since I somehow believe you are incapable of finding recipes yourself on the internet or in cookbooks, I thought I would share my latest culinary masterpiece: Grape Jell-O! It's tricky to make, but I knowyou'll benefit from my hand-dandy steps:

What you will need:

*1 Box Grape Jello

*1 cup Liquid Measuring Cup

*Boiling Water

*Cold Water

*Medium-sized Mixing Bowl (preferably glass or metal)

*Mixing Spoon

*9x9 Cake Pan or other mold(s)

*Prunes (optional)

How to make Jello from the box:

1. boil water.

2. add boiling water to Jello powder.

3. stir until dissolved then add cold water.

4. portion out or transfer to storage container to refrigerate and set.

5. Garnish with prunes (optional)

There! Now you'll have culinary perfection the Greg way! I'm off to eat some delicious Grape Jello With Prunes!

Silly OP. You forgot to substitute 1/2 of the cold water for vodka. Tsk.

You're terrible, Muriel.

Nothing complements grapes like cheese, so I recommend garnishing with freshly grated parmesan.

What's the obsession with prunes?

by Anonymousreply 5June 24, 2022 11:10 PM

If it's a Greg recipe then you must add prunes.

And sardines.

All the best families in Boston rave about Greg's cooking. Prunes are his secret ingredient.

Nothing loosens up the bowels quite like prunes!

[quote] Nothing loosens up the bowels quite like prunes!

That's also why Greg smells like shit.

Take one quart prune-whip two-marinated four-day-old crab dip, serve to one "Greg," heat at 99 degrees F for 12 hours, and enjoy the peace and quiet on the DL for the next four days.

When can I add the sardines?

by Anonymousreply 11June 25, 2022 1:13 AM

You are all very amusing! Keep the jokes coming!
