I’m seeing them everyday now.
Where Did All of These Young Bodybuilders Come From?
by Anonymous | reply 60 | June 23, 2022 7:58 PM |
Kids with too much time on their hands. In time they still find up fat.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | June 16, 2022 1:30 AM |
Their mothers' pussies.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | June 16, 2022 2:47 AM |
Well I tell you what they weren't doing, eax memorizing their multipication tables or reading.

They’ve always had a lot of time on their hands.

Nearly every young man I see in public now is physically fit. I don't get it.

They come from the gym, you old coot!

They've always been around..,. just most stopped working out post-college/military/etc
Usex to be take away the line of pussy... and incentive disappears... but now they have more incentive and opportunities to stay inshape. It also doesn't hurt the more societal expectations have shifted, the more they've stayed the same... western society's grievance culture has left people more touchy feely while still demanding lads hold up to the toxic masculine poliitcs which while condemning them for it, still screeches and nags for themto be the strong and silent type, and stay in their lane... so, the only avenue for emotional expression of these lads without being socially castrated is left to being admired by other lads, and many of them are seeking daddy. 'lest they become a fat gender neutral pat. It's quite good for their self esteem, but unfortunately, most of them will waste their time and yours, confusing this need to feel pretty and bait with being bi or gay.
doesn't work as well for just cock or man's ass. . . to which the majority gay ideal remains towards a pre-bulk twink. . . runners/swimmer's builds. . . though gay men are more likely to stay fit overall.

for decades HS gyms have had weight rooms for its athletes, and it was part of Physical Education. The days of jumping jacks and push-ups are long over

Maybe you should try to put that through GoogleTranslate one more time--it doesn't quite parse in English...

OP, who is that fine young gentleman, and is he of marriageable age?

“ doesn't work as well for just cock or man's ass. . . to which the majority gay ideal remains towards a pre-bulk twink. . . runners/swimmer's builds. . . ”
Yeah, no thanks. I much prefer some beefy muscle over a runner’s body…

[QUOTE]OP, who is that fine young gentleman, and is he of marriageable age?
Who he is bears no significance. I can tell you where he is, however, and that’s probably in some gym covered in sweat.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | June 17, 2022 12:14 AM |
r13 I prefer the bara type as well but the majority of gay men prefer a swimmer's or runner's build. lean mass over bulk.

But to OP's point, there were always guys in high school 30 years ago who worked out. Most were on the football team or wrestlers. But it was a relatively small group. Now it seems like every other guy that age is working out. It just seems odd. Is Only Fans really that big of a draw for them? They don't have other ambitions? Everyone wants to whore his body out now? The internet has truly fucked up society.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | June 17, 2022 1:14 AM |
There's a poster I have on "ignore" who shrieks "King!" (with a crown) or "Goals!" (with some other emoji). I think he keeps them locked up in his dungeon.

Very few of these guys even have an Onlyfans, though this one does:

I’m pretty sure that OP’s guy is Kyle Kuznik, a straight, Canadian minor-league hockey player. He’s got very beautiful facial features and his body is simply insane.

Working out in gyms started in the late 70s 80s. Remember pumping iron and Nautilus?
by Anonymous | reply 25 | June 19, 2022 10:36 AM |
It makes me laugh at something my father used to say. "If they have all that free time, they're not working."
The only difference is today: they are.

[QUOTE]Working out in gyms started in the late 70s 80s. Remember pumping iron and Nautilus?
It was nowhere near as pervasive as it is today, R25.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | June 19, 2022 5:15 PM |
I arrived in SF in 72. Most guys were lean but not muscular or toned. All of a sudden the "Bodyworks" gym opened with all Nautilus. Bodies started changing immendiately. It was the hottest place in town to work out.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | June 19, 2022 5:30 PM |
I started going to a Nautilus gym in Seattle in 1980, right after reading the February issue of GQ with Jeff Aquilon and Michael Ives (upper left, lower right) inside, and Hart Bochner on the cover.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | June 19, 2022 5:57 PM |
Still you can’t really say most young guys in the 70s and 80s were walking around built like this:
by Anonymous | reply 30 | June 20, 2022 12:49 AM |
We didn't grow up believing there was anything wrong with us, just the way we were, r30. Lifting weights was considered weird when I reached puberty (1960s). I knew two guys who were into it. They had worked-out bodies but they smelled bad, one of them in particular. I had no inclination to do that to myself.

I find it a bit odd, given the skyrocketing rates of obesity these days. It's like extremes on either end, so few are in the middle!

Yeah I can see working out a couple days a week to stay healthy, but these guys are nuts.

Body dysmorphia - it's not just for girls anymore!
by Anonymous | reply 39 | June 20, 2022 11:15 PM |
I started lifting weights in 1985. I was considered a freak for a couple of years. I was one of the few guys who worked hard to develop my body. Then, in the early 90s, guys really made an effort to get to know me. Some of the most assertive pulled my shirts off me. My nipples were pinched and twisted so much those nights; they were sore when I made my way home. Now more than have of the guys at the bars are as built as I was thirty years ago. The biggest difference between us now is that I never modified my pubic hair. I was bushy back then and I am now.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | June 20, 2022 11:30 PM |
It’s gotten to a point where young men feel inadequate if they don’t look like one of these bodybuilders now. It’s expected of them to lift weights.

That's what a straight person thinks a gay man is into, and it's a 1950's POV.

[QUOTE] Muscle dysmorphia, sometimes called "bigorexia," is a preoccupation with the belief that one's body isn't large or muscular enough, so it's usually men and boys who have these beliefs that they look too puny or too small, when in reality they look normal or even in some cases very muscular. In addition, these concerns with body size and muscularity involve excessive preoccupation, worrying about this, and these concerns cause clinically significant distress or impairment in day-to-day functioning.
[QUOTE]Typically, you know, people with muscle dysmorphia and other forms of body dysmorphic disorder are depressed. Many have thoughts about suicide even; body dysmorphic disorders is associated with a very high rate of suicidal thoughts and suicidal behavior, and probably actual suicide.
[QUOTE]And then there can be, you know, impairment in terms of day-to-day functioning. People may have difficulties with relationships or with jobs because they're so obsessed with how they look and are often spending a lot of time checking mirrors and comparing themselves with others and doing other repetitive behaviors. They're often just very ashamed of how they look, even though they look normal, and they may avoid being around other people and social activities.
