BEARKING: Fetterman Wins

C'mon, if anyone ever deserved "bearking" it was this guy.

by Anonymousreply 56June 5, 2022 1:39 AM

It was never in question that he would win the D nomination.

by Anonymousreply 1May 18, 2022 12:30 AM

How this repulsive creature who is bound to keel over any day now could beat hunky Conor Lamb is a mystery to me.

by Anonymousreply 2May 18, 2022 1:17 AM

Fetterman travels the state meeting the people. He makes a case to every voter. His recent health scare seems to be of little consequence to Pa Dems.

OT: Is Oz still Trump’s pick? He in a tight three way. And not the good kind.

We don’t vote based on looks. Stop being a stereotypical fag.

by Anonymousreply 4May 18, 2022 10:34 AM

[quote]He in a tight three way.

I thought Madison Cawthorn lost.

by Anonymousreply 5May 18, 2022 10:36 AM

🐻👑

by Anonymousreply 6May 18, 2022 10:52 AM

Can Lamb rerun for his house seat? The Democrats will need it to stay D.

by Anonymousreply 7May 18, 2022 11:01 AM

Ursine Crown, What the fuck, R6?

by Anonymousreply 8May 18, 2022 11:13 AM

Thankfully the Rethuglicans are fighting among themselves. The split loyalty in the primary means that a significant portion of them won’t be excited about voting in the final election. Hopefully Fettermans Everyman look will persuade some of the Pennsyltucky folks.

by Anonymousreply 9May 18, 2022 12:18 PM

I hope so too, or maybe his gorgeous brazilian wife needs to slut it up more

by Anonymousreply 10May 18, 2022 12:28 PM

[quote]He makes a case to every voter.

Good. Then he can continue to 'make a case' to black PA voters about chasing down an unarmed black man and pulling a shotgun on him.

Say goodbye to that seat without the Dem base.

by Anonymousreply 11May 18, 2022 12:37 PM

If you're black, R11, I'd be much more fearful of Doug Mastriano becoming governor. He makes Trump look absolutely sane.

You got 99 problems and Fetterman ain't one.

by Anonymousreply 12May 18, 2022 12:44 PM

I agree. Fetterman at least doesn't espouse slavery and hopes to help the most economically disadvantaged in the state. Mastiano wants prison camps

by Anonymousreply 13May 18, 2022 12:47 PM

[quote]The split loyalty in the primary means that a significant portion of them won’t be excited about voting in the final election.

Nope, it doesn't in this case. This isn't a Kemp/Walker like situation. Republicans aren't the purists that Democrats are... Democrats fall in love/Republicans fall inline. If anything, Lamb voters won't crossover to Fetterman, and add in the fact you also have a sizeable right leaning group of independent voters and a narrowing gap between registered Republicans v Democrats. It's not going to be a cakewalk for Fetterman.

Fetterman supporters are just as obnoxious as the Bernie Bros, which is another turn off for disaffected Lamb voters. There seems to be a good deal of overlap between the Bros and Fetterman supporters.

by Anonymousreply 14May 18, 2022 12:51 PM

you reflect nothing that the people in my part of PA are saying

by Anonymousreply 15May 18, 2022 1:25 PM

You live in a trashy part of PA then, R15.

by Anonymousreply 16May 18, 2022 2:05 PM

A huge swath of the state IS trashy R16. Which is why Dems lose. Fetterman is only bet to get any of those people. Malcolm Kenyatta would have been a guaranteed loss.

by Anonymousreply 17May 18, 2022 2:24 PM

R15 Can't you in Pennsylvania afford punctuation, honey?

by Anonymousreply 18May 18, 2022 2:26 PM

R17 I know. Born, raised, could teach a class about the entire state! LOL

by Anonymousreply 19May 18, 2022 3:32 PM

he will win

by Anonymousreply 20May 18, 2022 4:25 PM

Fetterman has already won a statewide election for Lt Governor. Not sure why some people are acting like he won’t be electable.

by Anonymousreply 21May 18, 2022 5:28 PM

[quote]Fetterman has already won a statewide election for Lt Governor. Not sure why some people are acting like he won’t be electable.

Nope. He hasn't. The Lt. Governor doesn't run statewide. The person is picked in a party primary and then is teamed up with the nominee for governor as part of a single ticket. Nobody picks the governor based on who the Lt. Gov they are paired with.

he won fair and square

by Anonymousreply 24May 19, 2022 12:37 PM

Fetterman Is going to win

by Anonymousreply 25May 19, 2022 12:44 PM

Mastriano will affect down ballot races he is just too insane for the people of PA

by Anonymousreply 26May 19, 2022 12:48 PM

OP is a jackass

by Anonymousreply 27May 19, 2022 12:50 PM

Which race is considered “down-ballot”? Will PA Governor or US Senator appear first on the PA ballots?

by Anonymousreply 28May 19, 2022 2:58 PM

Republicans may lose the governorship in Pa to Shapiro, but that's about all they'll lose. People are PISSED at everything going wrong in the country, and they're going to blame the party that controls the White House and both houses of Congress.

by Anonymousreply 29May 20, 2022 1:40 AM

They may, but look at the demographics of PA. A dying, literally, conservative central part of the state, and a growing much more liberal east and west of the state. Demographically the PA that futterman actually represents has died, is dying, or has moved away. Naturally this will make the state even More economically unequal in the near future. . . . .

by Anonymousreply 30May 20, 2022 2:24 AM

R30, Pennsylvania is getting redder. In the last two years new voter registration has heavily favored Republicans. The Western side of the state is getting much redder.

by Anonymousreply 31May 20, 2022 2:30 PM

[quote][R30],Pennsylvania is getting redder. In the last two years new voter registration has heavily favored Republicans. The Western side of the state is getting much redder.

Voter registration isn't representative of how people actually vote in swing states. In PA, there are MANY moderate voters of both parties who can be swayed to vote either way based on the candidates and the issues of importance that year.

by Anonymousreply 32May 20, 2022 11:12 PM

[quote]Voter registration isn't representative of how people actually vote in swing states.

It is now with how tribal everyone has become.

by Anonymousreply 33May 21, 2022 12:14 AM

R33, maybe in Alabama or California. Not in the swing states.

by Anonymousreply 34May 21, 2022 11:50 AM

R31, it is, and it is dying out. You’re ignoring the fact that PA is bleeding out, we will lose representatives, and likely the next census too. But the Blue cities are still growing.

by Anonymousreply 35May 21, 2022 12:54 PM

[quote]maybe in Alabama or California. Not in the swing states.

I live in Pennsylvania. They don't call it Pennsultucky for nothing. And, hate to break it to you, but the last to elections in PA were VERY close. Biden didn't win PA because of swing voters, Biden won PA because of never trump Republicans. We're much less of a swing state than we used to be.

by Anonymousreply 36May 21, 2022 2:10 PM

[qute]But the Blue cities are still growing.

That's not true either. Pittsburgh has been shrinking for decades. It may have finally reversed the trend, but what's coming in are registering Republican.

by Anonymousreply 37May 21, 2022 2:13 PM

That is false. Philly and Pittsburgh have both reversed the bleed of residents. And more republican they aren’t than they were. The real challenge is getting the new Philadelphians and pittsburghers to vote

by Anonymousreply 38May 21, 2022 3:43 PM

[quote]Biden didn't win PA because of swing voters, Biden won PA because of never trump Republicans.

That’s exactly what swing voters are. Never-Trump Republicans. “Couldn’t Stand Hillary” Democrats. Pro-Choice Republicans. Pro-2nd Amendment Democrats. They all exist and vote in PA.

by Anonymousreply 39May 21, 2022 3:49 PM

R38...please stop. You're pulling shit out of your ass again.

Pittsburgh has not stopped it's population bleed. In fact it accelerated during Covid. Just stop.

Never Trumpers are not swing voters. They are Republicans who will go back to voting Republican and will continue to vote Republican as long as it's not Trump.

JFC

[quote]Never Trumpers are not swing voters. They are Republicans who will go back to voting Republican and will continue to vote Republican as long as it's not Trump.

They're not going to vote for Dr. Oz, who is a bigger fraud than Trump.

by Anonymousreply 42May 21, 2022 7:10 PM

R42, but they will vote for McCormick.

by Anonymousreply 43May 22, 2022 12:56 AM

well Dr. Oz is going to be on the ballot in November, not McCormick.

by Anonymousreply 44May 22, 2022 1:24 AM

(R2) Fetterman was Lieut. Governor so had name recognition through out the state. Conor Lamb's recognition was limited to western Pennsylvania.

by Anonymousreply 45May 22, 2022 1:29 AM

[quote] His recent health scare seems to be of little consequence to Pa Dems.

NBC reports otherwise. I think soon he will be pining for the fjords

You deserve a kick in the cunt for this.

by Anonymousreply 47June 3, 2022 6:57 PM

I’m scared and shaking

by Anonymousreply 48June 3, 2022 9:07 PM

Isn't Fakkermann dead yet? Ugly boring as fuck Democrat who will stroke out soon!!!

by Anonymousreply 49June 3, 2022 9:16 PM

I don't think anyone that ugly could be elected.

by Anonymousreply 50June 4, 2022 2:54 AM

Pennsylvania is pretty ugly as a whole

by Anonymousreply 51June 4, 2022 6:03 PM

Lots of Pennsylvania uglies relate to Fetterman. He also just announced that he was diagnosed with A-fib and cardiomyopathy back in 2017, but stopped taking his medications and didn’t go back to the doctor, resulting in his stroke. Pennsylvanians will relate more to that, than to some celebrity quack doctor endorsed by Oprah.

by Anonymousreply 52June 4, 2022 6:20 PM

How crazy is it that Fetterman's opponent is a cardiothorasic surgeon?

by Anonymousreply 53June 4, 2022 7:36 PM

Who’s also a snake oil huckster

by Anonymousreply 54June 4, 2022 11:56 PM

My god he and Oz are total opposites. Fetterman is a walking time bomb.

by Anonymousreply 55June 5, 2022 12:00 AM

Ozprah is not going to happen in PA.
