Regardless of what people may think about Trump (and R26, remember that there were George W Bush and Ronald Reagan before him, and a demented, piece of shit career criminal like Joe Biden has followed him), this tendency to have unusual weddings that started in the 1990s is so tacky. Everyone tries to outdo each other with increasingly ridiculous little stunts, and adding politics to your wedding is the very pinnacle of ridiculousness: it's a wedding, not an electoral event. Have something tastefully traditional and leave it at that.
