His car went over the divider and into the parking lot. The kid in his late teens/early 20s claimed he was being chased by the other car. The lady was OK, apparently, but I later talked to the driver and got the being chased story. I told him they had both gone around me and it was clear they were racing. He didn’t buy the story, either.
