I just bought my first ever pair of Crocs

Jealous, bitches?

by Anonymousreply 49May 19, 2022 2:33 AM

Sure. If I lived in 2003.

by Anonymousreply 1January 4, 2022 5:50 AM

They’re actually “in” again, R1

by Anonymousreply 2January 4, 2022 6:00 AM

Do your Crocs match your everyday caftan?

by Anonymousreply 3January 4, 2022 6:02 AM

We know, Andre... all your other pairs of Crocs were comped.

by Anonymousreply 4January 4, 2022 11:54 AM

I’ll never date you.

by Anonymousreply 5January 4, 2022 12:39 PM

What a croc

by Anonymousreply 6January 4, 2022 12:40 PM

Yes, jealous, OP.

by Anonymousreply 7January 4, 2022 12:41 PM

Can you run in them, OP?

by Anonymousreply 8January 4, 2022 12:44 PM

OP, please tell us about your Crocs, color, style, etc. then I will let you know if I am jealous.

by Anonymousreply 9January 4, 2022 12:47 PM

Not jealous, OP. PROUD.

by Anonymousreply 10January 4, 2022 1:43 PM

I just bought a high heeled pair from BALENCIAGA… the Crocs™ Madame in lime green!

Those are the most hideous shoes I've ever seen, R11! Congrats.

by Anonymousreply 12January 4, 2022 2:01 PM

When I got my first pair about three years ago I was the laughing stock of all my friends. Now I'm admired, wooed, and envied for my fashion forward sense.

Next, scarves.

by Anonymousreply 13January 4, 2022 2:03 PM

Crocs are great dog walking shoes. The dog wants to go in places that are muddy, dusty, wet-- no problem--you just hose them right off.

Beyond that though...

by Anonymousreply 14January 4, 2022 2:08 PM

Are you MAGA, OP? I hear that MAGA consider them part of their "uniform". Or are you just wearing them as house shoes?

by Anonymousreply 15January 4, 2022 2:11 PM

I have gardening Crocs and beach Crocs. Super comfy. Easy to wash sand and dirt out. Also some nice exfoliation.

by Anonymousreply 16January 4, 2022 2:53 PM

Do you wear your Crocs with sweat pant?

And a hoodie?

Why not...

But I doubt that, even, Timothée Chalamet could pull off that look.

by Anonymousreply 17January 4, 2022 3:04 PM

Why? Do you work in a hospital or kitchen?

by Anonymousreply 18January 4, 2022 3:06 PM

Wunderbar!

You should try socks in sandals next time.

Be a trendsetter and a game-changer, OP!

^^ those guys must be Israelis.

by Anonymousreply 20January 4, 2022 3:10 PM

I never owned a pair of the regular Crocs (and never will) but I happened upon a pair of their flip-flops (in one of those huge Florida souvenir shops of all places) about 10 years ago. They were the most comfortable "running around" shoes I've ever owned. I cannot find another pair like it. The plastic Birkenstocks are a nice alternative for the beach/pool, walking in mud/rain, taking out the trash, etc.

by Anonymousreply 21January 4, 2022 8:06 PM

OP here. They just arrived. I fucking love them! So comfortable and easy to slip on and off.

by Anonymousreply 22January 9, 2022 1:51 AM

Were you inspired by Elliot Page, OP?

by Anonymousreply 23January 9, 2022 2:00 AM

Nope.

by Anonymousreply 24January 9, 2022 2:04 AM

OP at least provide us with a photo of the crocs. How would I assess my level of jealousy without specifics?

by Anonymousreply 25January 9, 2022 2:48 AM

Just the classic version in black, R25. Nothing fancy (to the extent Crocs can actually be fancy).

by Anonymousreply 26January 9, 2022 3:15 AM

You should bedazzle them OP.

by Anonymousreply 27January 9, 2022 3:19 AM

OP is now the belle of his trailer park.

by Anonymousreply 28January 9, 2022 3:20 AM

The Croc boat shoes are next level comfortable and just look like a pair of regular shoes, fortunately .

I hope a giant land-walking squid with painful tentacles on enflamed arms jumps out of a hedge while you're passing by wearing them on the sidewalk, OP, and eviscerates you!

by Anonymousreply 30January 9, 2022 5:06 AM

No.

by Anonymousreply 31January 9, 2022 5:13 AM

Yes.

by Anonymousreply 32January 9, 2022 5:19 AM

My first pair of crocs convinced me it was time to begin my transition.

After that - caftans and capes, in increasingly larger sizes...

by Anonymousreply 34January 9, 2022 8:23 AM

Next - OP tells us how he is pursued by the "Smelly Feet" and "Chubby Chaser" fetishists

by Anonymousreply 35January 9, 2022 8:25 AM

R21 I have always hated flip flops but two years ago I bought a pair of Crocs Athens flip flops and they are so comfortable. Last year I saw they were half price so bought 6 pairs in two different colours to stock up. I wear them in the summer when at my holiday home. But be careful, when not wearing them don’t leave them outside in the hot sun as they will shrink about two sizes and curl up at the toes.

by Anonymousreply 36January 9, 2022 9:52 AM

You, Crocs people, are the enemy.

OP, you da BITCH!

by Anonymousreply 39January 9, 2022 5:39 PM

Do people who work in kitchens really wear these? They have holes in the top, and sometimes you can spill something really hot.

by Anonymousreply 40January 9, 2022 6:22 PM

Medical staff love Crocs with holes because they can drain whatever gathers in them and wash them easier than they can a sneaker or a boot.

by Anonymousreply 41May 18, 2022 7:14 PM

I have some croc canvas loafers I wear without socks on days I’m in cutoffs or shorts. I alternate them with topsides, etc.

I'm waiting for my old man legs to really get pasty, hairless, scaly, bruised and scabby, to buy my first crocs and wear them PROUDLY about town.

by Anonymousreply 43May 18, 2022 7:45 PM

They look cool, Cali r42

by Anonymousreply 44May 18, 2022 8:17 PM

R43 made me LOL.

I don’t find Crocs slip-proof at all. In fact, I think they’re more slippery than regular sneakers.

by Anonymousreply 45May 18, 2022 8:18 PM

I have the Gucci crocs. I get compliments on them all the time!

by Anonymousreply 46May 18, 2022 8:21 PM

My crocs are bespoke Joseph Cheaney & Sons.

by Anonymousreply 47May 18, 2022 8:23 PM

I really wish these lesbos would find someplace else to entertain themselves. Like the customer review section of HomeDepot.com.

by Anonymousreply 48May 18, 2022 8:39 PM

[quote]You should try socks in sandals next time.

Level up: I work on a middle school campus where socks in Crocs are all the rage.
