DL, do you have suggestions for a good roasting pan?

This is for roasting a Christmas Rib Roast. Thanks.

Something that can go over an element on the stove, OP.

The blue carbon steel roasting pan by Made In gets rave reviews. It is $129.00 (cheaper than All-Clad), made in France, and virtually indestructible (oven safe to 1200F). I have their carbon steel wok and it is excellent.
