At 124.
So young.

[quote] A woman in the Philippines believed to be the world's oldest person has passed away at age 124.
She died.
DIED.
DIED.
DIED.

What was on her Edison cylinder?

Can you IMAGINE how much her cunt must have smelled?
by Anonymous | reply 5 | November 26, 2021 4:01 AM |
She was born in1897? She may well have been last person alive from the nineteenth century. I would have thought that they were all long gone.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | November 26, 2021 4:13 AM |
I doubt she was really 124.
Probably just lies.
Philippinos are notorious liars.
As if a third world shit hole that that would have reliable records to confirm her birth from the late 1800's.
I call MAJOR bullshit..
The only countries with reliable and verifiable records to prove someone's birth from back in those days, would be in Europe or the US.
Which is why we don't have anyone who is 124 years old.

I believe it. There are a lot of U.S. women in their low-100s. If you're tiny and have a healthy, low-stress lifestyle... it's not so impossible.

No she wasn't that old. Jeanne Louise Calment is the only confirmed person to live over 120 years.
Currently Kane Tanaka of Japan is about a month and half away from her 119th birthday
by Anonymous | reply 9 | November 26, 2021 10:19 PM |
Don't believe it.
As an aside, I fell into the Jeanne Calment imposter theory rabbit hole a few years ... fascinating stuff.

She died fighting an oil rig fire!
by Anonymous | reply 11 | November 26, 2021 10:33 PM |
Not a believer, either. Jeanne Calment at 121 was herself such an outlier that her death age has, as noted, been the subject of much skepticism. A death age of 124 is, obviously, even more of an outlier.

From the OP’s article:
[quote] cause of death has not been determined, but local health officials said she will be tested for COVID-19.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | November 26, 2021 10:39 PM |
Can I have her things?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | November 26, 2021 10:50 PM |
R13, the average age of Covid deaths - at least in the USA - already exceeds the average age for non-Covid deaths, so a death at 124 would only further advance the average age at death for this virus.

Who remembers the Ann Landers perennial column "Please God, I'm Only 124!"

How long do you think it’s been since she has a penis inside of her clam?

I was going to say 'look at the changes she's seen' but they probably don't even have plumbing.

There was a lady in our town that lived to 111 theytook her off life support, but ....she was on life support for 11 yrs, her $$$$ must have ran out.

A friend's mother lived a healthy 100 years and died suddenly a week after celebrating her centennial. When I remarked to my friend what a great way to go out, she said her mother was anticipating living many more years & would probably think she had been cheated!

In that country, they refer to it as her "chicharones."

R7, not true that only the U.S. and Europe have accurate records going back that far. Japan had its first census in the 6th century AD and also has had a more accurate system called Koseki mandated by law in 1872-1873. So Kane Tanaka's age (118) was verified.

Not so, they have removed several elderly Japanese men from the list of longest lived people for fabricating age.
