She's pretty good at telling the story. The voice is not so harsh as we like to imagine, but her styling is awful--the bouffant was the style of the time, but the heavy eyeshadow, the strapp pumps, and the beige outfit with the pussy bow and the ridiculous maribou make her look so much older than she would be styled today.

Sorry: the maribou is on the brown coat of the pantsuit, which is over the beige blouse with the pussy bow.
It's really an awful outfit, but it probably looked stylish and glamorous at the time.
