Well, the fear some have is that, if Republicans win both the House and Senate, McCarthy would make Trump speaker, then they would impeach and remove both Biden and Harris, which would automatically make Trump president again. Sounds crazy, yes, but the thought is out there.

To remove Biden the Republicans would need to hold 67 Senate seats and all of them would have to vote to convict, that was the problem with impeaching Trump, you can't get enough votes to do it.

BTW, R118 it isn't in McCarthy's power to make anyone Speaker, the Speaker is elected by a majority of the members of the House, Trump could get elected Speaker without being a member of the house, but McCarthy doesn't have the power to appoint anyone speaker.

It sort of fascinates me how Christie is so good at answering questions. Jen Psaki fascinates me that way too. I mean who knows if the answers are true but they never get flustered and just say whatever comes to them.
