surveillance video shows at least 10 people getting out their phones and recording. And it shows her repeatedly struggling to get away. I think an under-examined aspect of peoples' reticency to get involved is that no one want to deal with going 'viral' or put into a situation where they either become the hero or villain of the nation for 48 hours and have that impact their employment or mental health.
