Disagree about Anderson...the heavy brows and masculine jaw are not appealing to me. Angelina is far more beautiful now than she was in her teens and 20s, though of course she has had work done. Jane Seymour looks amazing; she's nearly 70. I suppose Elizabeth Hurley looks very good for 52 but she's so attention-seeking with all her bikini pics.

Angelina has lost her glow. She’s so tiny and wizened and has those 90s Baywatch titties. She’d look haggard without her eyeliner and wig.

Judi Dench aged well thanks to excellent cosmetic surgery (facelift and brow lift) and an impeccable haircut.

Most of Hollywood actually - it's just that we only seem to pay attention to the crazy looking botched jobs.... I mean a lot of the older crowd looks great - Betty White is totally rocking it at 99.

Paul Rudd wins the thread. No need to post a pic, as most of us are gays that have followed pop culture since he was in 'Clueless'. The guy has had some very good, very subtle work done.

Michelle Pfeiffer. Subtle but profound work done.

Carmen Dell'Orefice...gorgeous with striking white hair in her 90s. Pretty when younger, but a little geeky looking. She became more elegant as she aged.

Sigourney Weaver - she doesn't look anywhere near 71 and if she has had some work done it can't be detected. She looks natural and unworked over. Maybe living her life on the East Coast has helped.

R9, Marlene's face was also being held up by that headband and a complicated series of a dozen wires at her hairline and behind her ears.

M looks great. Yeah this was a few years ago but look at her décolletage compared to other women her age or younger. Avoiding the sun is key, bitches!

Cher. She doesn't look human really, but she still looks like "Cher", I guess we all got used to the incremental plastic surgery as it piled on over the decades. And she looks nice.

Gillian Anderson has always reminded me of a bird.

I cannot stand those odd narrow bird noses, on men or women.

Michelle P has had tons of plastic surgery, subtle surgery over the years, to maintain her looks. It's obvious she doesn't magically look this good sans surgery.

Of course, she started out as a very good looking woman, that's always a plus. She's also lucky to have used a great plastic surgeon.

Many great looking women have had their faces ruined by bad plastic surgeons. These women look too tight, too pulled, or their faces ended up way too puffy looking. Some look like the Lion Lady. Let's not forget those generic puffed up swollen lips so many female celebs seem to have.

Ageing well does not necessarily mean you look young or even younger than you are. It can just mean you are nice to look at.

Linda Hamilton! She looks great for her age and doesn't look like a freak from cosmetic surgeries. She was the best part of that new Terminator film.
