I’m trying to watch Diana, The Musical right now. The acting is good and the cast have good voices, but the music isn’t the best. Despite being filmed recently, you would think it was made in the 80’s or early 90’s…it just sounds very dated.
I guess one great thing about it are the costumes. Those familiar with Diana’s wardrobe will notice all the greatest hits.
The actress playing Sarah Spencer is the only one who really pops off the screen. The rest are rather boring and fade into their roles (like I said, the acting is good, but they don’t exactly inspire you to run to IMDB).
