Well, he's fifty years older now

by Anonymousreply 1September 22, 2021 10:05 PM

He looks like someone's very ordinary dad. I like that his one sleeve is green, then brown, unless that's just discoloration on the photo.

by Anonymousreply 2September 22, 2021 10:11 PM

The guy on the right was better looking. The guy on the left was average.

by Anonymousreply 3September 22, 2021 10:16 PM

Is that you, OP?

by Anonymousreply 4September 22, 2021 10:18 PM

No, R4 - how old would I be now if that was me?

by Anonymousreply 5September 22, 2021 10:21 PM

Is that Princess Beatrice?

by Anonymousreply 6September 22, 2021 10:22 PM

About 80, r5. There are plenty of eldergays in their 80s on DL.

Is it your dad?

by Anonymousreply 7September 22, 2021 10:33 PM

Isn't it amazing how no one is fat?

by Anonymousreply 8September 22, 2021 10:35 PM

3, I guess. He's OK, but not my type.

by Anonymousreply 9September 22, 2021 10:35 PM

Big dick hands.

by Anonymousreply 10September 22, 2021 10:35 PM

No I don't know him at all. LOL.

by Anonymousreply 11September 22, 2021 10:36 PM

actually it would be strange to post a photo of my Dad on here.

by Anonymousreply 12September 22, 2021 10:37 PM

He was doable in 1972 but now he's be in his mid 80's.

There were no fast food places in London in those days and you should have seen what passed for a sandwich.

by Anonymousreply 14September 22, 2021 10:39 PM

R14- In 1972 most people were slim in the U.S. too. Nowadays everyone is either FAT or MUSCULAR or both.

by Anonymousreply 15September 22, 2021 10:41 PM

by Anonymousreply 16September 22, 2021 10:49 PM

Something off putting about men from that decade who were considered so hot. Bad haircuts, skinny, pasty and wearing ugly clothes. I just can't.

by Anonymousreply 17September 22, 2021 10:52 PM

Big untamed thicket, for sure.

by Anonymousreply 18September 22, 2021 10:57 PM

I'm more entranced by the guy on the right's hair.

by Anonymousreply 19September 22, 2021 11:06 PM

R19- The man on the far right looks too androgynous for me.

by Anonymousreply 20September 22, 2021 11:14 PM

The UK had the Wimpy burger fast food chain in the 1970s. Was it the only one?

no one went there anymore, r21

circa 1977 McDonald's began to appear in London but very slow rollout.

I would have done him. Alas, I was only 5 years old in 1972 and he would have gone to prison.

I think it's David Bowie, no?

by Anonymousreply 24September 22, 2021 11:51 PM

the two men are dressed almost identically

by Anonymousreply 25September 22, 2021 11:52 PM

6 or 6/5/10 for the OP's guy. Passable face, fashionable clothes and haircut, body slim but totally soft.

by Anonymousreply 26September 22, 2021 11:53 PM

What couch had to die to make that shirt?

by Anonymousreply 27September 22, 2021 11:55 PM

Do they know the term 'meh' in Blighty?
