Once popular and stylish, he seems to have disappeared. I think his stint at JCP did him in, and his haircut is now passé. Can someone in the NYC area do a welfare check?

I used to see him walking around all of the time when visiting NYC, usually by Marie’s Crisis, but not anymore.

No idea who he is but a Google Images search shows him balooning and puffy, respectably good looking, ghoulish, smart dresser, fashion victim of great magnitude.
He should keep a little a the thin side and avoid the leather shorts and kilts and clown clothes.
