PREDICTION: This thread will soon be filled with high calorie, generally unhealthy recipes that all use the word "Healthy!" in the title and/or that feature a healthy sounding ingredient (KALE!) to which all sorts of high calorie unhealthy things have been added to make them taste "yummy"
There will also be a number of FrankenFoods where carb-free ingredients are used to, say, create the carb-free equivalent of a croissant. The keto croissant will still be vile.

I douse everything in alfredo sauce. Spaghetti squash, shirataki noodles. It's the only way I can survive without pasta.
