The Shadow Docket…
6 out of 9 Justices answer to the Koch foundation/Federalist group.
Let’s get to the bottom of this right-wing pay for play once and for all. Was Alito killed?
It all came together a little too conveniently.
And by the way…What happened with Justin Kennedy? Follow the money.
Where is the video of Kennedy’s mouth agape after Trump told him something? And then they go behind closed doors.

there is some smoke here if we ever got a return to investigation journalism.

You mean, was Scalia killed, to tilt the balance. That would be a good question.

Yes dude. They killed Scalia and then threatened Kennedy so they could get the 6 they wanted. Or they just waited for Scalia to die. Then threatened Kennedy.
And it worked.

Conservative isn’t even a real thing. They made it up and over 40 years have brainwashed half the country, inserted their own state houses, their own private congress and even had their own Vice President. This was all the Koch family.
And now they have their own Supreme Court.

Except the plan to replace Scalia with someone like Garland didn’t work out.

Huh r6. Are you stupid? Of course it worked. The court will vote “favorably” on some things because the Koch doesn’t care about trans rights etc… they are focused on the shadow docket.
But they will never vote against the Koch docket. That is what they care about. Don’t be confused by S.C. opinions that seem to favor liberals. They are throwing bones to the “people” so they can continue to vote for Koch docket.

Republicans were never going to seat Garland. Don’t be a fool.
The reason the Koch family was able to insert their own private government is because most Americans are like r6.
I mean it’s just too easy. Can you really blame the Kochs for taking over the country and putting corporate interests above citizens rights? Why wouldn’t they when half the citizens will vote against themselves to support the Kochs.
Or be completely ignorant to the whole scam. Open your eyes. Figure out stuff for yourself.

The plan, if there even was one, was thwarted when Garland didn’t get a vote.

The republicans didn’t want Garland. McConnel, who is the Koch point person in the senate, said no to Garland on behalf of Koch.
This is so sad that it was this easy. And here people are talking about Merrick Garland.
You people are Not. Getting. It.

That’s just the way it is. We have the country we deserve.

Right, that’s why they thwarted the plan.

It’s getting real. The supreme court has fallen to the Koch family. Scary times.

It must be nice to have your own personal Supreme Court.

I dimly remember hearing a story postulating what Trump said to Kennedy that caused him to react so strongly. Something along the lines of Trumpito telling Kennedy that the FBI was investigating Kennedy's son for money laundering at Deutsche Bank and that Kennedy was to resign from the court immediately or they'd put his son in prison forever.

I doubt it, they could have easily blackmailed him, you can't tell me they didn't have scads of dirt on that boy.

WTF would the Koch family want MORE babies born when they want to make life a living hell for most everyone already here? They clearly hate people who aren't anywhere near as wealthy as them. What kind of sick motherfuckers are they?

R15 there is an actual video of the conversation Kennedy’s gasps but it’s been scrubbed from Google.

Obama didn't want Garland. He was not the first choice. He was a compromise.
Obama did what he always did - try and appease Republicans. He was too naive to understand it didn't matter who the hell he chose, McConnell wasn't going to give Obama that seat.
Schumer is a pussy for not having the balls McConnell does. McTurtle is the god damned minority leader and it doesn't even feel like it. It feels like he has the power and the Dems are the spineless shits they always are.

Sure it's been scrubbed from Google.
You do realize that google is search engine, not the host of ALL internet content.
Conspiracy theorists fascinate me, they really are dim witted.

R17 they don’t care about abortion one iota. You got to look at the the bigger picture here. They just wanted the court. The abortion thing was just a way to get it.
The Kochs realized back in the 80s that if they were going to really go for it, they needed to make a deal with the evangelicals. And also they were sort of red pilled early on, but it’s hard to know the ins and outs because the media doesn’t cover them. They cover Kochs middlemen like McConnel and McCartney.
The Kochs aren’t religious though. They could care less about abortion. They just want Congress, state assemblies and the court. They never really cared much for the presidency.

Trump had just announced Kennedy was going to retire, there's no reason for him to have said "we'll prosecute your son unless you retire" AFTER making the announcement.
The video is difficult to find on Google search but you can find it posted on Twitter nearly every day.
