I'm liking what I'm seeing.
Looking forward to watching Dune on HBO and The Foundation Trilogy on Apple+ this Fall.....both look very promising.

Timothèe is not a good choice for Paul Atreides.

This movie is dead in the water but everyone will blame Timotay Calumny, as well they should.

Looks dreadful.
But then I liked David Lynch's 1984 'Dune,' with its wonderful imagery of fantastic and horrifying worlds. I'm of the opinion that Science Fiction is to be seen not read, and then only very selectively, so I don't have any "but the book is different!" baggage. Many images from the film still stick with me and clearly all these years later, so I call it a success.
The preview with the mumbly child actors and battle scenes doesn't suggest there's anything to watch there.

Looks awful. Another bomb for Timothy and Denis.

NOTHING this movie can offer could ever compare to this moment. Legendary!

The incels will love this. They will imagine themselves leading an army, looking like Tim O'Tay (as if!), and having a hot girlfriend like Zendaya. This will do well.

Ansel Elgort, star of the mega-bomb The Goldfinch, will be hoping for a swing and a miss with breathless anticipation.
