"La Piscine" (1968)

I bought this today (Criterion just put it out on Blu-ray this week), as it had been long on my list of "need to watch" films. I just finished it, and absolutely loved it. So much tension (sexual and otherwise), some suspense, and great visuals throughout. I love the atmosphere. Everyone is gorgeous in it, at peak beauty— Alain Delon was so handsome, and Jane Birkin and Romy Schneider looked incredible. Any fans?

OP, No love for Maurice Ronet?

R1 he looked good in this too, but it's hard to divert the audience's attention when you have Alain Delon standing next to you.

Haven't heard of this, but will add it to my "to see" list. I just saw a movie Delon made a couple years before, "The Last Adventure". It wasn't great, but there were some memorable scenes where Delon was bearded and running around a boat in tight jeans or shorts.
