Where can I buy slim fitting shorts that come to my knee (11"). I have skinny legs but I don't want them too tight - just one's that won't make my legs look like the rope hanging from inside a bell. TIA.

How old are you OP and are you fairly tall? 11" length shorts are very long.

Buy long pants and have a tailor cut off and hem wherever you like. It might cost a smidge more, but the precision might be worth it.

I would have long pants altered but there's only one place in town and they charge $25 for hems R3.
