I think she has misplaced self esteem and a hairdresser that truly hates her.

The louder, more aggressive the bully (she is one)... the lower the self esteem. Her weight doesn't help either. He was probably the only man (and only parent) who never knocked her weight or her style, which is...eclectic. John McCain was well known to go into rages and had an uncontrollable temper. He wasn't as well liked as the reporters have him put to be. John was savoy enough to flatter the media by always remembering their names and asking about their families. He shared jokes with them. They "bigger" him up in return and thought he could do no wrong, however, he was a warmonger who cheated on all of his wives. Not a nice man if what I have read is true. It made me sick the way he was deified when he died. She has his temper and personality. Daddy's little bitch.

Nah. I've seen the type of person whose anger hides pain and Megan isn't one of them. Her big issue is a genetic predisposition to rage ( inherited from Daddy) and massive amounts of entitlement. Never been to Arizona. I didn’t think of it as being trashy like certain parts of Appalachia. I always think of it as being serene and rustic, and perhaps humble but not trashy. Maybe I’m wrong.

I normally think Americans are too fucking obsessed with politicos marriages but the story of how McCain dumped his first wife was genuinely distasteful. She had become slightly disabled after a debilitating car accident while he was a pow and when he returned he left her for an heiress. Supposedly even the Reagan's found his behavior off putting. My roommate just got a through heart exam as she has palpitations after gaining 10 lbs during COVID and the heart specialist told her that as weight and hormones fluctuate after 40, homocysteine levels grow, putting you at risk. Meghan is about 30 lbs heavier and not even relaxed and certainly doesn't seem like she bothers with diet and exercise. After a certain point, it isn't about body shaming, but about actual health. Again, she knows her audience...most conservative women I have met are overweight and not at all conscious of the health implications.

When “Bombshell” came out, Meghan went out of her way to explain that Ailes never mistreated her or ogled her like he did with the more attractive women at Fox. She sounded almost apologetic/embarrassed, with the obvious unsaid thing being: he didn’t mistreat the far ugly chicks (she might’ve been the only one).
