I’ve had my car for over a decade and I’m so bored with it, but it’s in great condition so there’s no point in me getting a new one yet. I am however wondering if there is a way I can do anything to the interior to give it a makeover or something. Something that will make it feel new and exciting to me. I’m already looking at steering wheel covers, so that will be one thing, but it still needs more. The stereo has already been updated.
How do you give an old car a makeover inside?

There are garages that do this. Pimp My Ride

Is it worn out OP? Is the upholstery torn? If not the only thing I’d do is upgrade the stereo inside.
Outside you could buy a set of alloy wheels.
A thorough detailing will make it look good too.
What kind of car is it

A classic Granny Squares afghan, draped casually over the passenger seat.

R3 It’s a 2007 Honda Civic and everything is actually in very good condition. I’m just bored looking at the same interior after 14 years. And I’ve already upgraded the stereo.

Another vote for a professional cleaning and detailing, and also for a new set of floor mats.

You really couldn't go wrong with one of these on top of it OP.
Quite the statement piece.

My vehicle is 13 years old. Last summer, I spent $250.00 to have the passenger front seat upholstery replaced (it had a tear), and another $250.00 to have the entire vehicle detailed. Best $500.00 I ever spent. Interior looks great and "showroom new."
Car has always run great and now it looks great, too.

I was told not to use slipcovers on my Honda Civic because they blocked the rear airbags.

^ You've got to check the seatcover, it will tell you if they're ok to use with airbags. Most are now designed with openings or are breakaway to accommodate airbags

A sterling silver serving set to offer the Grey Poupon on, of course.
