U would always see her at Ralph's in Woodland Hills buying all kind of crappy food. She was also driving a beat up Dodge and neither her or her daughter seemed bothered by their spare tires when it came to wearing cropped and to-night clothes. Grooming seems reserved to pouring a gallon of bleach on Tori's hair....once every 3 months.

I knew kids growing up where they were desperately unhappy because they were fat and unhealthy but that was the food and lifestyle their parents provided. One girl I knew took over all the family grocery shopping and cooking as soon as she could drive, and the kids all dropped a ton of weight because they were eating healthy for once in their lives. The parents continued to eat fast food and be fat. It’s not a good thing to do to young kids who have no choice beyond what the parents provide. Hopefully they have some healthy outlets somewhere beyond food and screens.

Perhaps they are all prepping for a reality show centered around the entire family losing weight and getting healthy?

The more weight they gain prior, the more impressive the weight loss during the show.

The number of fat cells is set for life in the teen years. Sad to see this. They are much more likely to struggle with weight for life. They likely also get teased. Being active, even being on teams for sports, gives a feeling of well being and builds social skills and relationships. I feel awful for the children. Being overweight as a child makes their social and emotional life difficult, let alone the health issues.

Tori spends like someone whose wealthy parents enabled that behavior. Candy was right about her children not being able to handled the larger amount their father initially included in his will. However, they were what they were raised to be. As adults though, it’s their job to teach themselves what they didn’t learn growing up. Tori’s brother seems to have learned those lessons and he lives relatively modestly. Tori hasn’t learned anything.
