“FEAR STEET” Slasher Trilogy will release all 3 parts within 3 weeks

This is very interesting. Netflix is really utilizing the fact they’re a streaming platform and releasing all 3 films 1 week apart from each other.

This is fun.

I never read the books. I was more of a Goosebumps fan. But this looks cool.

I grew up with RL Stine’s FEAR STREET and loved the books.

Hmmm this looks interesting. I was a huge Fear Street fan when I was a kid. I'm actually surprised it's taken so long to get some movie/tv content, considering there's so much source material. Stine wrote almost a hundred FS books in the 90s. Interesting that they're going back to the 1600s for the 3rd film. The Fear Street Saga was a trilogy that covered the history of Shadyside and the curse on the town. I don't remember it going that far back though.

Is Fear Street like an anthology series?

by Anonymousreply 7June 15, 2021 11:34 PM

^It was a series of teen-young adult novels by writer R.L. Stine. There must be over 50 books in the Fear Street saga.
