Most professional actors, alas, think it's perfectly okay to take away acting jobs from ANYONE ELSE, OP.
That's the nature of the biz: ruthless, competitive, predatory, and heartless. And yes, it shapes their behavior and possibly their political beliefs. (And yet DLers and most of America really wants to believe that famous actors are good people, deep down.)
