It's interesting that other than SF County and LA County, all of the other counties that made it to the yellow tier are very rural and isolated. None of the other urban/suburban counties around LA, SD, SF or Sacramento have made it into the yellow tier yet.

R3, I hope non-vaccinated (and vaxxed) people keep their distance and continue to follow protocols when out, if in bars or dining. I hope they don't gather inside with other families unmasked, and keep their distance. I hope we all get to a 70-85% vaccination rate.
