Katie Couric and Anderson Cooper have been the best fill in hosts. Katie would be perfect for the job. As would Cooper. But he'd go out of his little gay mind with boredom doing Jeopardy. Katie really brought the most to a pretty tightrope kind of hosting gig. Levar Burton is just a stupid idea. I'm tired of seeing his name everywhere. LeVar is the obvious choice. He has experience hosting a show on his own and has that "smart" vibe. He is very likeable and approachable. He wants the job as well. Also, there is quite a lot of public support; i would be shocked if he doesn't get the gig.

I think he would do a good job actually.
